By receiving services from the Mavi Hosting website (www.mavihost.net), you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement. Mavi Hosting, the creators of all content on this site, its employees, and any individuals or organizations authorized by Mavi Hosting bear no legal or criminal liability for any material or moral damages arising from your failure to read these terms or your failure to comply with them after reading.
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to update and modify this agreement unilaterally at any time without prior notice.
All information, statistical data, and figures available on the Mavi Hosting website are compiled from sources generally considered reliable according to common practices; however, Mavi Hosting does not guarantee their accuracy or adequacy in any way. Mavi Hosting assumes no personal, legal, or criminal responsibility for any direct or indirect material and/or moral, negative and/or positive damages, or any other possible losses or expenses that may arise from the use of the information, evaluations, comments, or statistical data found on the Mavi Hosting website.
By receiving services from Mavi Hosting, you are deemed to have read the warnings and declarations in this agreement and accepted them. In the event of any dispute, claim, or demand regarding this matter, it is declared by Mavi Hosting and accepted and committed by the person(s) or organization(s) visiting this website that the statements written on this web page and all other computer records belonging to Mavi Hosting shall constitute the sole and exclusive evidence.
1.) Orders and Service Delivery
Once your order passes fraud checks and your payment is received, your account will be set up and your access information will be sent to you. For payments made via credit card or PayPal, domain names, web hosting, and reseller hosting accounts are usually set up automatically; however, in case of any issues, setup may take up to 48 hours. For payments made via wire transfer or EFT to our bank or postal check accounts, the maximum setup time is 2 business days. For VDS and dedicated server services, unless otherwise specified, the setup time is up to 48 hours. For software and license services, unless stated otherwise in writing or verbally, the delivery period is a maximum of 1 week. If delivery is not made within the specified time, Mavi Hosting is obligated to refund your payment upon request.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid and actively used email address when placing an order. This email will be used to contact you in case of any rule violations or other necessary communications. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date and regularly checking it. All emails sent to you will be considered as delivered. Mavi Hosting holds no legal or criminal responsibility for any damages or losses caused by undelivered or unread emails.
All information you provide during order placement or while registering on our site must be accurate and complete. For orders canceled due to incorrect information, Mavi Hosting reserves the right to not refund or to partially refund the payment.
For security purposes, Mavi Hosting may request a photocopy/scanned copy of your credit card or a valid ID. If you do not provide the requested documents, your order may be canceled and considered fraudulent, or the provided service(s) may be suspended. For accounts suspended due to fraud, Mavi Hosting reserves the right to not refund or to partially refund the payment.
Site Migration
For services where site migration is guaranteed, Mavi Hosting will make every effort to transfer your site to its servers. However, since the site migration process is inherently uncertain, Mavi Hosting does not guarantee that your site will be successfully migrated or how long the process will take. Each hosting provider has different configurations, and some may not meet the necessary conditions for site migration. Therefore, in some cases, it may be very difficult or even impossible to migrate your site correctly, completely, or without errors. Your site may be migrated with errors or may not be migrated at all. Mavi Hosting holds no legal or criminal responsibility for any damages that may arise from this situation.
2.) Content
All services provided by Mavi Hosting are regulated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey.
By using the services offered by Mavi Hosting, you cannot impose any legal liability on Mavi Hosting. You are solely responsible for all legal consequences of the actions you perform using the provided services.
It is strictly prohibited to use our services to violate any copyright or trademark rights. This includes unauthorized music, books, photos, or any other copyrighted materials. Additionally, it is forbidden by law to host pornographic/erotic content or content that can be used for hacking purposes. Hosting such content or engaging in copyright/trademark-infringing sales will result in immediate termination of your service(s). If any infringing or malicious content is detected, it may be deleted or access to it may be blocked. In the event of repeated violations, services may be suspended or terminated. If you believe such content is being hosted via Mavi Hosting’s services, you can file a complaint by emailing [email protected]. Mavi Hosting may request additional information/documents from you regarding the complaint.
In cases of complaints about illegal activity conducted through Mavi Hosting’s services, if the reason for the complaint cannot be verified or if it is unclear whether the activity constitutes a crime, the service may not be terminated. Mavi Hosting does not have the legal authority to make judicial decisions. In such cases, you must pursue legal action directly against the responsible party. Mavi Hosting assumes no legal or criminal responsibility for any damages that may arise in such circumstances.
All services offered by Mavi Hosting are for use within the permitted limits only. If you gain access to any content/files/services beyond your authorization, you must report it to Mavi Hosting immediately and not make use of it. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any material or moral damages that may occur.
For legal reasons, system management, monitoring of unauthorized access, security verification, and operational safety, Mavi Hosting may monitor site content and/or all access activities. During such monitoring, content/data may be tested, recorded, copied, or used strictly for the stated purposes. Mavi Hosting will not use or share your content beyond these purposes.
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to provide or refuse service to any individual or organization. It also reserves the right to delete or block access to content deemed to be in violation of the agreement, provocative, divisive, illegal, or inappropriate—with or without prior warning. In such cases, Mavi Hosting may refuse a refund or offer only a partial refund.
Illegal content will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Uploading virus-infected files, shell scripts, or other harmful content that may damage Mavi Hosting servers may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund. You are liable for all material and moral damages caused to Mavi Hosting and/or other users through such actions. Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.
When using Mavi Hosting services, you are responsible for ensuring that all software/scripts/programs uploaded to your account are secure and that directory permissions are correctly configured. Users are accountable for all actions taken within their accounts, including the security of usernames and passwords. You must use a secure, unpredictable password. You are also responsible for any malicious software uploaded using your account. If necessary, Mavi Hosting reserves the right to terminate your services without refund or with partial refund. Mavi Hosting accepts no legal or criminal liability for damages in this context. You are liable for compensating all damages caused to Mavi Hosting and/or other users through your account.
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to request changes to any website, database, account, or other material/service you own.
3.) Anti-SPAM Policy
Mavi Hosting has a strict zero-tolerance policy against unsolicited emails, bulk email sending, and SPAM messages. If you violate this policy, your service(s) may be terminated with or without prior notice.Any service that causes our IP block to be listed on email blacklists will be immediately terminated without notice.
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to charge the responsible party any necessary fees to resolve the issue if its IP block is listed on email blacklists due to that party’s actions.This fee is independent of Mavi Hosting and will be used solely for the delisting of the IP block from email blacklists. By using our services, you agree to pay this fee within the specified time frame without objection in such cases.diyorsunuz.
4.) Payment
As long as you continue to receive services from Mavi Hosting, you agree to pay the fees associated with those services. Unless you cancel the service, it will continue to be renewed and invoiced accordingly.
If you do not wish to continue the service, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 15 days in advance. In that case, your service will be terminated either at the end of the day or after the paid period, based on your request.
Service cancellation must be performed through your customer panel. On the cancellation page, there are appropriate options to choose whether the service should be terminated immediately or at the end of its billing period.
If the service is not canceled at least 15 days in advance and the payment is not made, Mavi Hosting reserves the right to recover the outstanding fees through legal means.
As long as you are receiving services from Mavi Hosting, it is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date and to pay your invoices on time. If an invoice is not paid by the due date, Mavi Hosting will grant an additional 6-day grace period for web hosting and reseller hosting accounts. If payment is still not made by the end of this period, your service will be suspended.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, your service will be terminated.
For domain names, VDS, and dedicated server services, accounts will be immediately terminated if payment is not made on the due date.
Mavi Hosting cannot be held responsible for any material or moral damages or potential data loss resulting from these situations.
Overpayments made either accidentally or intentionally will be added to your account as credit and will not be refunded under any circumstances. This credit can be used for future services you purchase from Mavi Hosting.
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
If you exceed the allocated resources such as disk space, bandwidth, or similar limits of your purchased plan, Mavi Hosting will charge you for the additional usage. In such cases, you are responsible for paying the required amount within the specified timeframe without objection. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your account without a refund, and Mavi Hosting shall not be held liable for any material or moral damages, including data loss.
In cases where payment is reversed (e.g., dispute, chargeback, etc.) through payment channels without Mavi Hosting’s knowledge and/or consent, you will be responsible for compensating all material and moral damages caused to Mavi Hosting.
5.) Backups and Data Loss
While using our services, you are fully responsible for your own data. Mavi Hosting provides backup services as a convenience, but does not offer any guarantees regarding backups. Mavi Hosting cannot be held liable for any data loss you may experience for any reason.
6.) Service Cancellation and Refunds
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to terminate any service at any time, with or without notice, without providing a reason, and without refund or with partial refund.
Any insults or rude behavior towards our staff will result in suspension or termination of your account and services. In such cases, your membership will be terminated without any refund, and the contract will be canceled.
By using Mavi Hosting’s services, you agree to refrain from any actions, comments, advertisements, banners, writings, or statements that could harm the commercial reputation of Mavi Hosting or its employees. In case of any violation, you acknowledge that you are liable for material and moral damages, and you accept the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts and enforcement offices for any related lawsuits.
Sites that directly or indirectly cause damage to our servers and/or lead to issues such as slowdown or outages may be terminated without notice and without any refund. In such cases, Mavi Hosting may require you to compensate for the damages incurred. You are responsible for paying the required amount within the requested period without objection.
For prepaid services, if the service is canceled before the end of the service period (due to breach of service agreement, user request, etc.), no refund will be made for the full fee or the unused period. You may use any credit in your account for other services from us; however, no refunds or credits will be provided for services terminated early.
7a.) Use of Service
7aa.) Web Hosting/Reseller Hosting
Prohibited Actions:
a) Sending bulk emails or SPAM emails by any means is strictly prohibited. Email services are provided solely for your normal correspondence.
b) Using more than 25% of resources continuously for over 90 seconds is prohibited. Activities that may cause issues include CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc. Resource usage reports are monitored by Mavi Hosting, and Mavi Hosting is not required to provide any proof regarding your resource usage.
c) For web hosting accounts, average daily resource usage exceeding 5%, and for reseller hosting accounts, exceeding 12%, is prohibited. Activities causing issues include CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc. Resource usage is monitored by Mavi Hosting, which is not obliged to provide evidence of your usage.
d) Running any server-based programs on our servers is prohibited, including programs like IRCD.
e) Running spider or indexing programs such as Google Cache or AdSpy is prohibited.
f) Running any software that connects to IRC (Internet Relay Chat) networks is prohibited.
g) Running any proxy applications is prohibited.
h) Running any BitTorrent applications is prohibited. You may provide external links to legal torrents but cannot host them on our servers.
i) Running any file-sharing or peer-to-peer (P2P) applications is prohibited.
j) Running game server applications such as Counter-Strike, Half-Life, etc., is prohibited.
k) Running file-sharing software (e.g., RapidShare, etc.) is prohibited.
l) Running audio streaming or video broadcast applications is prohibited.
m) Each web hosting account is limited to a maximum of 250,000 files. Accounts with more than 100,000 files are not backed up by us.
7ab.) VDS / Dedicated Server
Prohibited Actions:
a) Sending bulk emails or SPAM mails by any means is strictly prohibited. Email services are provided solely for your normal correspondence.
b) On VDS services, resource usage that is intense enough to harm other VDS instances is not allowed. This issue is usually caused by heavy disk activity.
c) Running any proxy applications is prohibited.
d) Running any BitTorrent applications is prohibited. You may provide external links to legal torrents but cannot host them on our servers.
e) Running any file-sharing or peer-to-peer (P2P) applications is prohibited.
f) Running game server applications such as Knight Online, Counter-Strike, Half-Life, etc., is prohibited.
7b.) Backup Limit
Customers who continuously perform backups deemed unnecessary by Mavi Hosting may have their services suspended or terminated, with or without prior notice. This clause applies if the backup service is used for purposes other than backup, causing harm to the server.
7c.) Unlimited Web Hosting
a) Unlimited web hosting services are intended solely for hosting your website files and covering only your website traffic.
b) Unlimited web hosting space cannot be used for data storage and/or backup purposes.
8.) Traffic Usage
Depending on the package you purchase, you will have a specific traffic limit. If this limit is reached or exceeded, the purchased service(s) may be automatically suspended until the next month or until additional traffic is purchased. Monitoring your traffic usage is your responsibility. Unused traffic cannot be carried over to the next month. Any usage beyond your purchased traffic will be invoiced in the following month, and you agree to pay this amount within the requested timeframe without objection.
9.) Uptime Guarantee
If the 99% uptime guarantee promised by Mavi Hosting is not met, Mavi Hosting is responsible for providing one month of free service for the affected service upon your request. Uptime reports from third-party monitoring software are not considered valid by Mavi Hosting; Mavi Hosting maintains and publishes its own uptime reports. To receive a credit on your account for downtime, you must send an email to [email protected].
For VDS and dedicated server services, only network uptime is guaranteed. The operation or accessibility of your VDS or dedicated server is not the responsibility of Mavi Hosting. Unless you notify Mavi Hosting, they will not be aware of any issues. Discounts provided for downtime on VDS/Dedicated server services do not cover third-party software or license fees.
The uptime guarantee does not apply during server downtime caused by malicious attacks on the server or during scheduled server maintenance. Therefore, such interruptions will not be reflected in the uptime percentage.
10a.) Support Scope
You acknowledge that Mavi Hosting will not provide support for issues outside the scope of the services you have purchased. Mavi Hosting is not obligated to provide software support or perform user operations (such as creating email accounts, configuring email settings, creating databases, etc.) for any hosting services purchased. For VDS/dedicated server services, support is limited to restoring the system to its initial delivered state; additional software installations and user operations are not covered. For software services, Mavi Hosting is only responsible for delivering a properly functioning software.
To use the support system, you must log in to your customer panel with your password and submit a support ticket via the “Support Notifications” section. No account-related information will be shared, nor any operations performed through other channels (e-mail, live chat, contact form, etc.).
10b.) 24/7 Support and Support Response Time
The concept of 24/7 support does not mean that you will be able to reach us by phone every time you call or receive an immediate response to your support tickets. Our support team strives to respond to your requests as quickly as possible. 24/7 support indicates that work continues beyond regular business hours, but depending on the support team’s workload, the response time to your support ticket will generally not exceed 24 hours, except in exceptional cases.
11.) Reseller Hosting: Customer Responsibility
If you have a reseller hosting account, you are responsible for providing support to your own customers. Mavi Hosting will not provide support to the customers of reseller hosting users. If any customer of a reseller hosting user contacts us directly, Mavi Hosting reserves the right to suspend the reseller’s account until the user addresses the issue with their customer.
Additionally, reseller hosting users are fully responsible for the content of their customers’ websites. Mavi Hosting cannot be held liable in any way for illegal or contract-violating actions carried out by the customers of reseller hosting users.
12.) VDS and Dedicated Server
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to reset the password for any VDS or dedicated server service it provides. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep a valid email address and root password registered in our system. VDS and dedicated servers are not backed up by us; all data and backup responsibilities lie with the customer.
13.) Price Changes
For the service you purchase, you will not be charged any additional fees during the service period unless you purchase extra features or exceed the usage limits allowed. Mavi Hosting reserves the right to change prices at the end of the service period and renew services at the new pricing.
14a.) Indemnification
By using services from Mavi Hosting, you agree not to cause any harm or material/moral damages to Mavi Hosting in any way, and you commit to compensating for any such damages incurred.
14b.) Legal Obligations
By using services from Mavi Hosting, you agree that Mavi Hosting assumes no legal liability. In such cases, you commit to covering all court and attorney fees within the requested timeframe.
15.) Waiver
Mavi Hosting is not liable for any damages that may occur to your operations. Mavi Hosting provides no guarantees regarding the services it offers. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, delays, interruptions, or incorrect information caused by Mavi Hosting or any of its personnel. In the event of a hacking incident resulting in your data or information being accessed by third parties, Mavi Hosting accepts no responsibility.
16.) Legal Disclosure
Mavi Hosting is obligated to provide any requested information to legal authorities when necessary. This information may include your personal data if required.
Privacy Policy
Introduction
Mavihost.net (hereinafter referred to as Mavi Hosting) commits to safeguarding all information collected about you. By using the services provided by Mavi Hosting, you also agree to the use of your information as described in this agreement.
Mavi Hosting requests only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide you with proper service. This agreement explains what types of data are collected and through which processes. By using our website, you grant Mavi Hosting the right to collect this information.
Information Regarding Your Card Payments
We prioritize the security of your card information above all else when you make payments using credit cards or domestic debit cards. Therefore, thanks to our 256-bit SSL certificate, the card details you enter are encrypted during transmission—even in environments like internet cafes—making it impossible to intercept or monitor. Additionally, we provide a simple virtual keyboard as a precaution against keyloggers and other malicious software that may capture keystrokes on your computer. With all these measures in place, we aim to ensure that your credit card information remains completely secure when you shop on our site; in fact, we cannot even see the card details you use for payment.
Information Collected
Depending on the service you receive or the payment you make, some or all of the following information may be requested from you: your first name, last name, phone number, address, Turkish Republic Identification Number (T.C. Kimlik No), fax number, and email address. Additionally, other supplementary information or documents may be required. If necessary, you are obligated to provide the requested information to Mavi Hosting within the specified timeframe.
Your Turkish Republic Identification Number is stored in the system for the purpose of issuing invoices to you and, when necessary, to have a legitimate contact person on record. Your T.C. Identification Number will only be used for invoicing and when legally required to be presented to official authorities. It will not be used for any other purposes or shared with third parties outside of legal authorities.
Use of Information
Mavi Hosting primarily uses the collected information to fulfill the purpose of your visit to our website. All necessary measures have been taken to prevent unauthorized access to this information. However, in the event of incidents such as hacking, Mavi Hosting assumes no legal or criminal liability for the disclosure of stored information.
Cookies
Your internet browser has the ability to store information called “cookies” to recognize your account on websites. The Mavi Hosting website also uses this feature. You can prevent these cookies from being stored on your computer, but in such cases, you will not be able to fully benefit from the Mavi Hosting website.
Disclosure of Information
Information collected about you through the Mavi Hosting website is not shared with third parties. Your information will be used to contact you and keep you informed about developments related to Mavi Hosting. If Mavi Hosting decides to share your information with any third party, this will only be done with your consent. You are free to request deletion of the information collected from our system at any time (as long as you are not using Mavi Hosting’s services).
From time to time, Mavi Hosting may share certain data with third parties (such as the number of visitors to the website, number of completed orders, etc.); however, none of the shared information will reveal your identity or compromise your privacy.
Legal Disclosure
Mavi Hosting reserves the right to share customer information with legal authorities without notifying the customer when necessary. Mavi Hosting will cooperate fully with legal authorities.
Contract Amendments
Any changes to this agreement will be posted here. Mavi Hosting reserves the right to modify the agreement without prior notice. You have the right to delete your membership at any time (as long as you are not using Mavi Hosting’s services).

Refund Policy
Although many individuals and companies trust Mavi Hosting for internet services, it is clear that not 100% of users will be fully satisfied. This is a reality across all industries.
If you are not satisfied with the services provided by Mavi Hosting within 3 days, you can cancel your service through your customer panel and receive a refund.
You can inquire about any questions regarding the refund guarantee by sending an email to [email protected].
Information:
The refund guarantee does not cover services other than web hosting (such as domain registration/transfer, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, co-location, licensing, software, etc.). Domain names, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, co-location, licenses, and software services cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for these services.
All refunds will be processed within 35 business days.
The refund guarantee does not apply to accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of the service agreement.
Each user can only request a refund for the first service they have purchased. For example, if you have previously purchased or are currently using a service from Mavi Hosting, and you purchase a second service, the refund guarantee does not apply to the new service.
